Shipping Policy
All orders are made to order, so please allow time for production before your order ships.
Production time
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to produce before they ship. This applies to all apparel and print-on-demand items in our catalogue.
Shipping transit time
Once your order ships, transit time depends on your destination:
- United States (domestic): 10–30 business days via Standard shipping, or 4–8 business days via Economy shipping.
- Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom: 10–30 business days via Standard shipping. Economy shipping is not available for international orders.
A note for our Australian customers
Avalanche ships from our production partners' facilities, only some of which currently treat Australia as a local delivery zone. This means Australian orders often fall under the international shipping timeline above, not the domestic one, even though Australia is our primary market.
Estimated total delivery time
Combining production and transit time, here's what to expect from order date to delivery:
- US orders: approximately 12–35 business days total.
- AU / CA / NZ / UK orders: approximately 12–35 business days total.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur during high-volume periods, public holidays, or due to customs processing on international orders, and are typically outside of our control once a package has left our production partner's facility.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
